She was born and raised in Medford, Oregon, graduating from Crater High School in 2009 and has a strong connection to the community. She graduated from University of the Pacific in Stockton, California with her Bachelor’s degree in Health, Exercise and Sports Science. She then went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude and valedictorian from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California. She is thrilled to be back in her hometown and helping the community she loves. She lives here with her husband and son. She grew up with a love for sports and the outdoors, such as softball, volleyball, basketball, hiking and snowboarding. She has a deep understanding of the strenuous physical and mental demands of these sports and activities; as well as the commitments athletes make to their teams and how important it is to heal properly and prevent future injuries. Dr. Lester worked under former Olympic and Team Foxcatcher wrestler, Dr. Larry Nicholson, after graduating chiropractic school. Dr. Lester alleviates patients’ pain through the chiropractic adjustment, physiotherapy, exercises and teaching proper technique to avoid new or worsening injuries.
